| Mission Statement A. INSA's mission is to promote the usage of nano-satellites in Israel for various academic and commercial purposes. B. INASA aspires to be involved in every nano-satellite project in Israel. As part of this statement INSA will seek to be engaged in the following activities: 1. Create a community that represents the state of the art knowledge in nano-satellites realm. 2. Raise the awareness in Israel to the benefits of nano-satellites. 3. Maintain and develop the qualitative advantage of Israel in the space realm. 4. Initiate and consult to projects in the nano satellite realm. 5. Form a place where interested people can express themselves in topics related to the nano-satellite realm. 6. Form an independent body which maintains relations of knowledge and know-how exchange with all industries in Israel. 7. Form a basis to implement global advancements into the Israeli space community. 8. Maintain relations with academic and commercial bodies in other countries. 9. Seek funds to promote nano-satellites research. 10. Promote the publications of relevant academic papers, as well as feasibility studies for various nano-satellite applications. Methodology INSA welcomes members from all leading industry and academic institutes which engage in the space exploration and application development. INASA will try to create an environment of open conversation and data exchange between interested parties in order to implement the INSA experience in nano-sat future programs. INSA offer's management, research and development, as well as technical skills to every nano-satellite project which will work in collaboration with the INDS. All information exchange as well as partnerships shall be protected under proprietary rights. INSA sees its goal not only in supporting contemporary development, but in the creation of the next generation of educated, enthusiastic scientists that will engage in the space realm upon graduation. INSA Organization The members of INSA will come from all leading organizations dealing with space applications and research. INSA will have a constant "Spine Cord" of management and operation members who will be responsible to ensure that INSA is able to meet the demands of each project it undertakes. Membership will be open to individuals of age 18 and higher, willing to devote time and effort for promoting projects within the scope of INSA Using the knowledge that was accumulated during INSA projects for commercial purposes will be conditioned in a prior agreement of INSA. . INSA Activity INSA periodic activity shall include, at least, the following components. 1. A quarterly bulletin 2. An annual conference 3. Series of educational lectures given in schools, collages and universities dealing with space exploration and applications in general and in the Nano-Satellites realm in particular. 4.
